Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your hair as much as your new Tangle Teezer, so we offer a 30-day return policy for any unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that remain sealed and in resalable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused Tangle Teezer in its original box and securely pack it into a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
